Exercise Hangover Cure

The morning after your hen party you will most likely wake up in a world of pain as part of your hangover. Though if you get up and do a little moderate exercise it will speed up your metabolic rate and help your body get rid of the alcohol and bi-products quicker.

We would advise that you don’t over do it though, strenuous exercise may be far too much for your body to handle, so just go for a gentle stroll or easy bicycle ride.

What you will also get from the exercise is a boost in your good feeling as endorphins will be released after the exercise, making you feel better and hopefully leave your hangover behind.

We strongly advise keeping up your water levels though during your exercise as it will be very important to do so and replace all the fluids lost from your hen party shenanigans.
