Roasted Peach Lemonade Cocktail Recipe

Cocktail Ingredients

- 4 medium peaches sliced in half with the seeds removed
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 4 cups fresh lemonade

Cocktail Instructions

1. Preheat the your oven to 200c.

2. Place the peaches skin side down in a baking dish and sprinkle the top of the peaches with the sugar.

3. Leave the peaches roasting in the oven about 25 minutes until the tops of the peaches are juicy and the skins are easily able to be easily peeled off.

4. Proceed to remove the skin of the peaches and then put the entirety of the roasted peach flesh into a blender. Before you switch the blender on pour enough lemonade into the blender to cover the peaches.

5. Puree the peaches completely in the blender until the blitzed liquid is a little frothy.

6. Empty the contents of the blender into a large jug and stir in the rest of the lemonade and place the jug in the fridge to chill.

7. When ready to serve please ensure to give it a stir before serving. Simply then serve over ice in glasses and enjoy!
