- 30ml of Golden syrup
- 30g of shredded coconut
- 3 cups of ice
- 250ml of orange juice
- 60 ml of coconut cream
- 30ml of white rum
- Gazed cherries
1. Pour the light corn syrup in a plate. Pour coconut in a separate plate. Dip glass in corn syrup, then in the coconut to coat evenly.
2. Place into a blender the ice, orange juice, rum and cream of coconut and blend until it is smooth.
3. Take your glasses and rub the top edge of the top of the glass with golden syrup and then dip the glass into the coconut to leave a coating of coconut around the top of the glasses.
4. Pour the contents of the blender into the glasses glass and simply top it off with a maraschino cherry and enjoy!
