Cider Rum Punch Cocktail Recipe

Cocktail Ingredients

- 225ml dark rum
- 85 lemon juice
- 110ml thyme simple syrup
- 350ml apple cider
- 110ml water
- 110 soda
- 8 dashed of Angostura Bitters
- Sprigs of thyme
- Apple slices

Cocktail Instructions

1. To make the thyme simple syrup, combine 6 tablespoons of sugar with 1 1/2 cups of water and 6 thyme sprigs in a saucepan and bring to a medium heat. Bring the contents to a boil and then reduce to simmer, until the sugar has fully dissolved. Remove from heat and place the syrup in the fridge to cool.

2. Place all of the other Ingredients in a large jug with ice and stir thoroughly.

3. Fill each of your glasses with crushed ice and then pour the mixture over the top.

4. Simply then place a sprig of thyme inside the cocktail and put an apple wheel on the rim to garnish. Then sit back and enjoy the delights of your Cider Rum Punch!
