Pretty Vintage Hen Party Theme

Pretty Vintage

I love all things vintage! Why not consider having a Pretty Vintage theme for your hen party? It is a theme that looks classy while decorations can be made from the most basic of everyday objects. This theme would work especially well with a marquee, period style hotel or guest house.

Great for Family Get-Togethers!

Why not send out invites using the vintage theme and state that there are no gifts required? I feel hosts worry about gifts in this situation! The chances are that your guests will give you a gift anyway but this way you probably won’t feel as guilty!

Vintage DIY!

Why not ask your friends and family to keep glass jars in the months leading up to the party? These can act as a cheap vase and look ultra pretty with a tea light inside for some romantic lighting as the night goes on! The idea is to keep it looking pretty but also giving a rustic feel so flowers from the garden would be perfect for this and there is no arranging or fixing needed, simply place them in glass jars with some greenery for a vintage centre piece.

Another very inexpensive way to decorate, is to use colourful paper lanterns and vintage bunting. These can be found online for next to nothing and will make a huge impact on your hen party theme! You can decorate your jam jars with glitter or bows to tie in with your theme or leave them plain if you wish, they look just as good.

There are so many ideas and DIY tutorials on how to do this on Pinterest so get pinning!

This theme is easy to achieve even if you are not the most creative person.

I hope that I have inspired you to get creative and remember this theme can be used for any occasion such as your wedding reception or even your next girly get-together. The main thing as always is to have fun with it!

Enjoy that lovely weather that is supposed to be headed our way, fingers crossed!

Until next week ladies,
