Let me start by wishing everyone a Happy New Year!

I’m sure that many of you have had your fair share of alcohol over the Christmas period to do you a life time! Perhaps now you are taking part in ‘Dry January’ or taking it easy for a few months to Detox! There are many myths about hangover cures but the most effective is simply to rehydrate the body by drinking plenty of water. Exercise is another great way to clear your head and get rid of those nasty alcoholic toxins. Going for a jog with a pounding sore head may not sound like a good idea, but it will speed up your recovery and leave you feeling better for the rest of the day.

We all start the new year with the best of intentions, to be healthier and to look after our bodies! However, it is not always the easiest thing to do and sometimes we run out of enthusiasm but small changes to your daily routine can still yield amazing results!
