We our all about Community, And want to make a difference to peoples lives this includes young people. We are passionate about this and regularly support and organise charity Events. Are team always goes over and above to help people reach there goals.
Other Activities include Mud runs, Archery Tag, Bush craft Camps, Boot camps, Team Building, Nerf Wars, Assault course, Soft archery, Airsoft. Suitable for Hen and Stag, Schools, Community groups, Church groups, Corporate team building days.
Assault Course/ Mud Run
An obstacle course is a series of challenging physical obstacles an individual or team must navigate usually while being timed. So our obstacle course includes running, climbing, jumping, crawling, swimming, and balancing elements with the aim of testing speed and endurance, also fun at the same time!!
Archery Tag
The game's rules closely resemble dodge-ball. Game begin with a number of arrows in the center of the arena. At the whistle, players race to collect them, before firing them at one another across the playing field. A player is eliminated if struck by an arrow, and a player can bring an eliminated teammate back into play by catching an arrow.
Team Building Activities
With a range of mentally stimulating, physically challenging and competitive team building exercises. Forest Fitness provides the glue necessary to ensure any team will have the sticking power to make it through whatever the next day might bring!
Bush Craft
Why not give your children, adults and teams the Bear Grylls experience?
We specialise in bush craft camps which are great for teambuilding, increasing confidence and resilience. Why keep them locked up inside, let them out to discover nature.
We demonstrate shelter building, fire lighting and water collection and purification techniques other activities foraging and leaf recognition, rock painting and knot and bracelet making.
Wild cooking where everyone gets the opportunity to cook sausages or marshmallows on the fire, everyone on a Bush craft camp will get hands on. our bush craft camps are at forest fitness which is a beautiful birch tree forest which is approximately 30 acre located in Carrickfergus, We can provide mobile bush craft on request providing that there is a wooded area near by.
Suitable for 7 years plus. All our instructors are child protection and Access NI certified.
All activities outdoor at the forest. Warm clothing and suitable footwear required.
