A variety of dance classes are available at the City Academy, from the likes of tap dance and street dance, to belly dance and burlesque! Choose the class that excites you the most and learn a fun routine with your friends. 

The postives to taking a dance class on your hen party are undeniable, as not only is the class 2hrs of unbridled fun, but learning a choreographed routine is great for team building!

Specialist teachers will be on hand to help you learn the steps to a choreographed routine, so rest assured that you are in good hands. What's more, the team encourage you to bring your own props and costumes, bringing a stylish theme to the class and making memorable photos!

Street Photography Workshops entail a city excursion across several iconic areas in London, using tips and tricks learning from the professional photographers in order to take the best pictures.

If you would prefer a studio shoot, or if the weather curtails a Street Photography Workshop, you can get some valuable training both in front and behind the camera! Take turns with your girls as photographer and model, bringing props to the shoot to make the poses you strike that bit funnier!

At the end of the 2hr class, your teacher will take a group shot to capture the moment!

Another workshop you can try at the City Academy is the fun, arty and cheeky Life Drawing class. A skilled artist will take you through the basics of drawing, before giving your girls a pen and paper each to begin the class.

This class encourages you to capture the human body as a peice of art by interpreting your model as they go through a series of poses. Whether you draw a masterpiece or not is irrelevant, just give the class your best shot and have a whale of a time with your besties!

City Academy’s Workshops are available in various locations across London. Choose between outdoor workshops (weather permitting) and studio workshops. For the Street Photography Workshop you can choose between several iconic London areas, such as Brick Lane, boasting murals and art installations, or South Bank, overseeing numerous London landmarks. Likewise, City Academy’s Dance Workshops are available in various locations across London, including renowned venues such a Sadler’s Wells and Rambert. In any case, get in touch with the team and arrange a nearby studio and professional teacher (and in the case of a life drawing class, a model) for you and your hens.
