The estate is famed for it's bike trails, with a 13km woodland stretch of two distinct trails giving hens the perfect escape into nature. Fishing will also accomplish this goal, as Lough Fadda is a private lake on the estate that is an angler's dream.
As well as this, the estate is just minutes from the village of Fivemiletown on the border of County Tyrone and Fermanagh, meaning it is in close poximity to top nightlife venues in both respective counties.

Self Catering Accomodation
During your stay at Blessingbourne Estate there are a wealth of award-winning accommodation options to choose from. Blessingbourne’s Award Winning luxury Courtyard Apartments are nestled within the heart of fairytale woodlands and private lakes on our 550 acre Country Estate.
The top apartment available is the 5 Star Gate Lodge, a fairytale cottage that is a true gem. This luxury 3 bedroom property boasts chic decor, with an open plan living space accommodating the dining area and kitchen complete with wood burning stove and cosy seating.
Other options for accommodation are available in the courtyard, where 5 distinct apartments reside. These 5 award winning self-catering apartments are ideal for groups, due to the warm and inviting décor, as well as open plan living and on site laundry facilities.
All accommodation comes with a complimentary welcome basket, filled with homemade wheaten bread, jam and shortbread.
Bike Trails
The exhilarating 13k mountain trail on the estate is held in high regard, noted as one of Northern Ireland's premier Mountain Biking experiences. You and your girls can get a rush like no other here, with a red/black trail designed for adrenaline-seekers in search of a challenge. There's also a snaking single track, designed with trail features like jumps, table-tops, rock-gardens and drops that are a thrill-seeker's delight.
If you'd prefer a peaceful cycle through the trail, you can do that by following the blue route, as it is a gentle trail that encompasses all the beautiful sights that this impressive estate boasts.
As for the bike hire, all bikes and helmets can be hired on site. The fleet of bikes on offer are top of the range, combining traction with propulsion and comfort to ensure the most safe enjoyable experience on the trails.
Fishing
Groups can enjoy an angling break to Blessingbourne Estate, enjoying coarse fishing in the Estate’s private Lough Fadda. Boat hire for the day is supplied by the estate, so you and your girls can drift out into the waters of the lough and enjoy a tranquil day of fishing and nature.
As well as fishing in Lough Fadda, you can also take day trips to a variety of quality angling locations nearby, including Upper and Lower Lough Erne, the River Erne, Lough Melvin River Blackwater and Colebrooke River. Set amongst mature woodlands, the largest of the lakes is approximately 3m deep and is best known for Pike, with the largest recorded at a staggering weight of 38lb. As well as Pike, you can also fish for Roach and plenty of smaller fish.
